New Age Threads items are exclusive limit run works of art. They priced so that the creators are able to continue their artist work. Yet, products priced far below the prices of luxury brands where you have no real exclusivity other than the name and the price tag.
New Age Threads accepts a shrinkage of up to 3-5%. To avoid shrinkage, certain items might need ironing after washes, to regain their original shape and fit. Please see each items care label for detailed instructions.
Only items that are unwashed and unworn can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have all documentation along with the original sales receipt.
Merchandise returned after 15 days or without the original documentation along with the original sales receipt will require a valid photo ID. These returns will be refunded with New Age Threads credit.
New Age Threads will refund/provide credit for any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Undergarments and swimwear are final sale for hygienic reasons.
To return or exchange an item the original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.
You can use our return label, which is included in your package. The return shipping fee of $5.95, which, will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return form you can print a new one here. For a new return address label, please contact Customer Service. If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. New Age Threads is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by New Age Threads. New Age Threads does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
